Commission to Other Tenants of Our Building 

We want to reward those that send us business.

If we sign a customer of Chill ‘N Out, SD Botox, or any other tenant of our building to a minimum contract, we will give a $25 commission to that organization.  I believe the current minimum contract amount is $780 (12 sessions @$65 per session) but whatever the 12-session package is at the time, it would count.  

If someone else rents one of those spaces or is a tenant of any part of the building (Luna Flower, Electric Bike), we will do the same for them. 

This can be extended to people/businesses that are not our customers but refer customers to us that buy a minimum contract.

The gym manager would be notified, and would send a CSW by email to Accounting to have the check written.  It will be delivered as soon as possible by Accounting to the gym and then by the gym manager to the referrer.

If they are in the building, walk the check over to them; if they are not then use US Mail.  Either way, the check should be sent with a thank you note or letter.
