Contacts by Email or Text

We are using email and text more often to contact clients. It’s an excellent form of communication if you have something specific to communicate to that specific client. It is not a good form of communication to send a form email or text (the same email or text over and over again to a lot of different clients, only changing the name).

Today’s email and text systems can tell if you send an email or text and the person on the other end doesn’t open it or blocks it. If you send multiple emails or texts to that person and they aren’t opened, your specific email address or text number can get marked as spam. Once your email address or text number is marked as spam, there is nothing that we can do to change it. Only long periods of not sending emails or texts that don’t get opened can change it.

Therefore, email or text should never be used to send form emails or texts to clients; they should be used only for real communication. That way, the clients will open the emails or read the texts, and your email address or text number won’t get blocked for sending too many unread emails or blocked texts.

Email or text must only be used to communicate about specific information with a specific client regarding their upcoming training sessions, resigning for a new package, etc. You can NEVER use the same email or text twice to more than one person.

If we get blocked and can’t communicate to our clients, our business is severely harmed. It’s a serious matter. Effective immediately, anyone who is found to have sent a form (repetitive) email or text to a client will be placed on a reduced commissions program of 50% commission reduction for a period of 6 months.
