Air Conditioning System

The air conditioning controller has a lock box so that people don’t constantly change the temperature. The key is to be kept in the manager’s desk drawer. Ideally, the other tenants will not have access to this key.

The temperature is set to 69-70 degrees as a rule. If you raise or lower the temperature for a client, please put the key on your keyboard as a reminder to change it back to the original temperature when the client leaves. 

When you return to your desk, change the temperature back to normal and put the key back in its normal spot. This way, you won’t forget and leave the temperature too high or low overnight or on weekends.

Please make sure the temperature is set to 69-70 on the days that LeoFit is closed. If the unit is broken, call Hamel’s Heating and AC at 619-456-1488. No other contractor is authorized to repair or alter the system.
