ARX OMNI Machine Maintenance

The ARX Omni can perform over 16 exercises on one machine. Part of its function relies on cables and wheels to achieve these exercises. Regular maintenance is required to ensure that these wheels and cables are in tip top condition. To achieve this, it is now policy to open the Omni machine every 3 months and inspect all cables and wheels to ensure they are in perfect operating condition. Special emphasis should be put on the wheels because they crack and bind the cables, which causes the machine to stop.

This maintenance should be done by the manager of the gym or the Logistics Manager from Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers. A maintenance/inspection log will be attached to the back of the machine and the person performing the inspection will initial and date the sheet. All backup cables and wheels can be found in the Logistics Manager’s storage and a backup should always be available.
