Client Information is Confidential

All information that is gathered by any employee of LeoFit, Inc. from a client or about a client is confidential and the property of LeoFit, Inc.

Employees including trainers are prohibited from saving, downloading, forwarding, sending, or sharing client information with anyone in any way, even to their personal phones, emails, and computers.

Do not share any client information with anyone who is not the client or an employee of LeoFit, Inc. or a member of the management team at Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers, Inc. (as we share an HR department). Do not share information with a spouse, boy or girlfriend, even a sibling or child of the client without the client’s express permission. Confidentiality agreements are signed by all employees upon hire and anyone violating the agreement by contacting a client after terminating employment is breaking the law and may be sued in civil court.
