Clients, New Sign Ups

After the demo is completed and the client is hopefully ready to sign up, have the client complete these forms.

  • LEOFIT Updated Consent Forms
  • Either Recurring Credit Card Payments or Recurring eCheck or ACH Payments depending on how they want to pay for their sessions
  • Double check that they completed the Smartwaiver before starting their demo session; if not, have them do so now

Explain the discounts for buying 2+ sessions or buying 52-104 sessions paid up front, stressing the importance of the client making a commitment to their own health by purchasing sufficient sessions to experience a gain in strength and health. Once the client decides how many to buy, run the payment for the purchase.

Enter the client into EZ Facility with complete information including an email address and texting phone number.

Set up a client file folder for their signed forms and file in the file cabinet.

Schedule the client for RECURRING training sessions; twice per week is optimal for their progress, with at least one day in between for recovery.

Set up the client profile in the ARX machines, where they sign another consent form.

Send the client’s email address to Marketing to be added to the email list for eblogs. Very important to do this – it is to your benefit, as your client will continue to receive inspiring messages to keep them reassured about the benefits of ARX and their progress towards optimal health.
