Contact Source in EZ Facility

When we create client profiles on EZ Facility there is a section that we fill out on how they heard about us. There is no system to search for each of the phrases, we just need to look at each individual client’s profile to see how they heard about us. If they say google or internet there is a note section to add what they searched or looked for. 

It is not done in writing but is an instruction that Kevin the manager gives to the trainers when completing client profiles/ sign-ups.  All this information is on EZ Facility. Cheryl in Accounting does collect this marketing information week by week as well so there is also a separate spreadsheet.
