No Double Booking of Clients

We do not do double training unless absolutely necessary. It isn’t fair to the client who has paid for their trainer’s 100% attention. If it happens once in a blue moon, like if a trainer calls in sick and we can’t help it, we can apologize profusely and offer both clients a free Vasper or BodPod session.

It’s better to reschedule the client than double book.
